रायगढ़, 01 जनवरी 2025 नए साल के पहले दिन रायगढ़ जिले के पर्यटन स्थलों पर भारी भीड़ रही। इस दौरान दो अलग-अलग हादसे हुए, जिसमें लोग बाल-बाल बच गए। पहला हादसा टीपाखोल डेम में हुआ, जहां एक नाव पलट गई। नाव में सवार तीन लोग लाइफ जैकेट पहनने के कारण गहरे पानी में डूबने से बच गए, और गोताखोरों ने समय रहते उनकी जान बचा ली। दूसरी घटना भी डेम के पास हुई, जहां पर्यटकों से भरा बोलेरो वाहन पलट गया, जिससे अफरा-तफरी मच गई। गनीमत रही कि इस हादसे में भी कोई बड़ा नुकसान नहीं हुआ।
टीपाखोल डेम शहर से सात किलोमीटर दूर स्थित है, और नए साल के मौके पर यहां पर्यटकों की भारी भीड़ देखी गई। ग्राम पंचायत टीपाखोल द्वारा डेम में मोटर बोट और नाव चलाई जाती है।
